Time and time again, I see business and professional practice owners make this mistake….
They do not cultivate and build a list of their customers, clients or patients, let alone a list of prospects who indicated an interest in their services or products.
And even for the few that do – they neglect to keep in touch with this list.
Instead – most owners spend all their time and energy trying to attract and then convert new customers. Big mistake!
No question, to grow any business – you need new customers.
